ANGUS MCNAB

Angus McNab is a sports industry professional with the rare ability and required skill set to solve both on- and off-field sporting problems.

Through his previous experience in sports data, analytics, and consulting, he is well-known to many in soccer, rugby, performance/coaching, technology, broadcast, sponsorship, and digital media communities. 

He is highly creative and takes time to understand partner priorities to create and package unique solutions focusing on innovation and sustainability. 

Gus has negotiated and managed large league-wide agreements with rights holders and broadcasters across multiple sports. He has truly global experience, having worked in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. 

Many leagues/clubs have also used his services to develop new inventory and position data/analytics with their list of sponsorship assets.

His professional playing and coaching experience informs his work, which is why many analysts, GMs, and owners continue to seek his strategy, consulting, and practical advice.

Most recently, he has led Canada Soccer's recruitment process for both their Men's & Women's National Team Head Coaches at a critical time for the federation, with hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaching and following a challenging 2024 for the Women's National Team program.

Gus is an advisor/board member to several early-stage sports technology and betting start-ups.
